Our Why...
At Simmons HR & Talent Advisory, we help service-based organizations build an effective culture by transforming their new hire experience and equipping first-time managers with the tools to lead effectively. Most of these teams are great at hiring but struggle to keep people because they don’t have the time, systems, or bandwidth to create a consistent experience for new employees and first-time. We partner with them to co-create practical solutions, starting with onboarding and extending through the first year, that help new hires feel supported, connected, and engaged from day one.
We believe that work should enhance, not hinder, life. We spend the majority of our adult lives at work, often sacrificing time with family, friends, and passions. To make that time worthwhile, every workplace should promote a meaningful, best-in-class employee experience. Success is reciprocal: employees dedicate their time, experience, and skills, and in return, they deserve more than just a paycheck.
