We’ll host a 15-minute virtual Q&A session to address your initial questions about the report and recommendations.

Data Collection & Analysis

You and your team will complete a comprehensive digital questionnaire covering key areas of employee engagement that coincide with our proprietary ‘O-CPR’ framework.

If selected, we’ll also conduct employee interviews through random sampling to gather qualitative insights (optional add-on).
Implementation Resources

You’ll receive access to our curated HR tool and resource library (if selected as an add-on). This includes customizable templates, guides, and frameworks to support your team during implementation.
Findings & Insights

We’ll analyze the collected data and prepare a comprehensive, visually engaging report summarizing your organization’s strengths, gaps, and opportunities.

The report will include tailored recommendations for each assessed area and a high-level implementation timeline.
