Objective: Build the systems that ramp new hires to performance.
Deliverables:
• First-year success framework (30-60-90-180-365 structure)
• Onboarding system redesign aligned to role performance
• Manager enablement tools, check-ins, and coaching structure
• Performance milestones and evaluation criteria
• Simple ramp and retention tracking system
Includes:
• Biweekly working sessions
• Ongoing iteration and leadership alignment
Scope:
Focused implementation to ensure quality and adoption.
• Up to 2 roles (selected during the audit)
• Onboarding redesign covering the first 30–90 days
• Extension of performance milestones through 6–12 months (framework level only)
• Manager enablement for direct managers of selected roles

Starting at $275/hour | 5-hours per month (3-month minimum commitment)
Objective: Providing fractional organizational development leadership to oversee O/D strategy and processes to align with organizational objectives.
Includes:
• Monthly advisory session (strategy, review, and planning)
• Ongoing guidance on onboarding and first-year performance systems
• Manager support and coaching guidance
• Feedback on system adjustments and updates
• Optimization of existing tools and frameworks

Designed for guidance and refinement, not full system rebuilds.
