Manager enablement tools, check-ins, and coaching structure
Performance milestones and evaluation criteria
Simple ramp and retention tracking system
Includes:
Biweekly working sessions
Ongoing iteration and leadership alignment
Scope:
Focused implementation to ensure quality and adoption.
Up to 2 roles (selected during the audit)
Onboarding redesign covering the first 30–90 days
Extension of performance milestones through 6–12 months (framework level only)
Manager enablement for direct managers of selected roles
